At Polished Paradox, we take hygiene and product integrity seriously. Please review our return policy before making a purchase:

  1. Non-Returnable Products

    • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products once they have been delivered.

    • Custom-made products are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email a clear image of the product as received to info@polishedparadox.com.

    • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Return Conditions

    • The product and its original packaging (along with all included constituents) must be returned in the same condition as received.

    • If the product is found to have been used, no refund or replacement will be issued.

  4. Return Timeline

    • Any claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery.
