Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products once they have been delivered.
Custom-made products are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email a clear image of the product as received to info@polishedparadox.com.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Return Conditions
The product and its original packaging (along with all included constituents) must be returned in the same condition as received.
If the product is found to have been used, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Return Timeline
Any claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery.
