How it Works...

Step 1 - Before Ordering

• Before placing your order, please make sure you’ve purchased a sizing kit and know your exact nail measurements.

  Since every set is made especially for you, it’s super important to provide the correct sizes — we’re unable to accept returns if the nails don’t fit.
  Getting your sizes right ensures your set is perfectly customized and fits like a glove!

Step 2 - Ordering

• Once you know your sizes, decide whether you’d like a custom design (something completely unique) or a pre-made design (one of our pre-designed sets).

Step 3 - How to Order - Custom Shop

• If you’d like a custom design:

  1. Send me a message on Instagram so we can plan your dream set together!

  2. Feel free to share any inspiration photos or ideas — I love seeing what you have in mind.

  3. Once we’ve finalized your design, I’ll let you know exactly what to select at checkout.

  4. Choose your nail shape and length, and don’t forget to enter your nail sizes in the text box.

     (from pinky to thumb on each hand).

  🩷 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been completed at checkout.
  
  How to Order - Made to Order

• If you’re ordering from the Pre Made Order section:

  1. Make sure you’ve already measured your nails and know your measurements.

  2. Select your preferred design.

  3. Want a color tweak or small change? Send me a message — I’m happy to accommodate when possible!

  4. Choose your nail shape and length.

  5. Select pre decided nail sizes.

     (if you're unsure, go with the size which matches most of the measurements of your hands or if you know your size- enter in the box below for custom size)

Step 4 - Shipping

• 🇳🇱 Netherlands: Orders usually arrive within 7 days after dispatch.

• 🌍 International: Orders typically take 7–14 days after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your nails’ journey to you!
